Minnesota’s White Earth Nation voted final Tuesday to completely legalize medical cannabis on the reservation. Now, all rising, regulating, and distribution shall be allowed inside the borders of the tribe as quickly as they can get their distribution up and working.
The vote was authorized at a nine-out-of-10 ratio, following within the footsteps of the Purple Lake Nation, a Minnesota tribe who’ve already legalized medical cannabis again in Might. Now, a medical cannabis program can start on the reservation, paving the best way for a robust entrepreneurial future and entry to wanted drugs.
“It’s thrilling,” White Earth Chairman Michael Fairbanks mentioned. “The membership has spoken and it’s overwhelming.”
