BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, CMC – The St. Kitts-Nevis authorities has hailed the choice to introduce laws geared toward decriminalising small quantities of marijuana for medicinal and different functions as a step in direction of the twin-island Federation consolidating its freedom from slavery.
